- You talk to the engineer doing the work. No account managers, no ticket queues, no "I'll check with the team".
- Build
- Fixed scope, fixed quote, in GBP. If the scope changes, you sign it off before we build it. No surprise invoices.
- Host
- UK hosting, self-hosted where it makes sense. Your data stays where you can point at it.
- Run
- We monitor what we ship. If something breaks at 3am, we usually know before you do.
- Handover
- You own everything we build — code, keys, accounts, domains. No lock-in by design.
CC/03 — The studio

Cross-Connect is named after the cable in a datacentre that physically ties two networks together. Unglamorous, invisible when it works — and everything stops without it. That's the job we signed up for.
We're two engineers working from an office in Kent, building for clients everywhere. Most businesses we meet don't need more software — they need the right connection between what they've got and what actually works. We build that link, then we keep it running.
